What to bring: 

• A yoga mat or just use the grass if you prefer!

• Bottle of water

• Swimwear if you fancy a dip in the sea after!

Please note: If the weather does not permit (i.e it is raining) I will cancel, so please check your email if the weather is not looking it’s best, as this is how I will reach you! You will be offered another beach yoga class or if you cannot make it a refund or credit for another yoga experience or class.
