Classes are run as 6 week courses.
The beginner friendly classes are open level classes, meaning that they are suitable for complete beginners but will also be suitable for those with more experience too.
The intermediate class is suitable for those looking for something physically more challenging. Please note it is expected you know the foundational postures well before joining this class.
Booking and payment is via BACS for the 6 week courses with Hannah.
