The retreat is fully catered including: all meals, tea/coffee, accommodation, all yoga classes/workshops.
Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs National Park. We have access to beautiful, healing walks of the National Park, in-between our yoga schedule.
This is an Earthy, cleansing and nature immersive yoga retreat. We shall start our mornings with meditation, pranayama (breath control) and kriya (purifying techniques). Leading beautifully into an energising yoga asana practise, inspired by Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Bikram yoga. The evenings will hold space for deeply soothing and restorative Yin yoga and a few extra treats like a Cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance around the fire pit!
Our meals are being thoughtfully prepared for us by Boul Kitchen, with a menu designed to suit our needs as yogi’s (healthy and delicious!)
We have exclusive use of an absolutely stunning geodesic yoga dome with beautiful, undisturbed views onto the surrounding valley for our yoga, meditation and pranayama practise.
There is also a sheltered outdoor area for yoga, where we can take our practise if we’d like to.
There are 4 beautiful, traditional bell tents. They will be situated in our exclusive mini oasis in the South Downs!
The bell tents sleep 3 people each. Each bell tent is furnished with 3 single mattresses, 3 cushions and 3 duvets (extra blankets available on request). If you are booking as a 2 or 3 please let me know so I can accommodate you in the same bell tent.
Alternatively, you are welcome to pitch your own tent or bring your own van (please let me know if you opt for this option).
The retreat is limited to 12 spaces!
Facilities on site: There are 2 toilets and 1 shower.
The retreat is fully catered, all meals, coffee’s/tea’s included in the price.
Boul Kitchen will be nourishing us for the weekend. Preparing us beautiful, nutritious and delicious plant based meals. (Please let me know if you have any allergies).
I will supply plant based milks: oat, soya and coconut milk for tea/coffee. Please let me know if you cannot drink these and need an alternative.
Please note this is a plant based retreat. Honouring the first Yama (moral disciplines), Ahimsa (non-violence), of Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga.
