Yoga 4 the Pangolins ❤️ ONLINE CLASS via Zoom. Saturday 6th September, 9-10:30am.

Please choose the amount you would like to donate for the Pangolins. We suggest a minimum of £5 and anything you can afford will be greatly appreciated. All proceeds will be lovingly donated to African Pangolin Working Group (APWG), to fund their crucial work in saving the most trafficked mammal in the world.
This yoga class will be about connecting with our hearts ability for love, compassion and empathy. Fundamental qualities of being human. We shall explore Metta meditation (loving kindness meditation) and heart chakra āsana.
