I am collaborating with PLNGE for a mini wellness retreat in the heart of Gosport park/Rugby club.
Join me for a 75 minute yoga practise in Gosport park, overlooking the waters edge. Think chill vibes, peaceful scenery and great yoga.
Followed by, PLNGE, who will be hosting a guided sauna and ice bath experience in their amazing converted truck!
To finish, we will indulge in healthy, homemade treats, while socialising or relaxing over a cuppa.
The event is suitable for all abilities/experiences and both men and women.
