Beach Yoga – Summer 2026

When: Saturday 8th August, 8-9am.

Other dates:

Saturday 25th July, 8-9am

Saturday 22nd August, 8-9am

Join us at Stokes Bay beach, Gosport/Alverstoke. Between Gafirs Lifeboat and the Sailing Club, on the green overlooking the sea. See photo for exact location.

What to bring: 

• A yoga mat or just use the grass if you prefer!

• Bottle of water

• Swimwear if you fancy a dip in the sea after!

Please note: If the weather does not permit (i.e it is raining) I will cancel, so please check your email if the weather is not looking it’s best, as this is how I will reach you! If I cancel you will be offered another beach yoga class or if you cannot make it a refund or credit for another yoga experience or class.
