
Motivation? What is this really? I believe it is personal. We all have our own reasons for doings things. Thus, what is your motivation to live a happier life? Motivation can stem from dark experiences, depression, fatigue, will power, to achieve.. whatever it is let it now be kind. Motivation is not to beat yourself up if you slip up in a positive routine. It’s practise, it’s also about enjoying life. As a Yogi we live life without harming other beings(very much includes the lives of animals).
To be motivated you need to be accepting of where you are. You are exactly where you need to be, whether it’s where you want to be. Your progress towards relieving yourself of pressure, past experiences trapped in the body/mind will allow you to awaken your energy channels to the divine and the positive growth energy around you. With the weight off your shoulders you will be able to move without burden and motivation becomes a part of your life. It is always there we just need to tap into ourselves to explore our own energy and start to see how we usually feel and then we can detect blockages and remove them, creating space for the divine.
Your motivation could sound something like: “I am loving towards myself, as I will do my best with what I am served today. Depending on my energy depends on how much physical activity I can endure. I will make conscious decisions with what I eat.”
Changing your thoughts and inner voice, changes your life! Trust me!
